Clients assume full responsibility for:
- Any damage caused by their pets or guests.
- Any injuries to pets, people, or property during the session.
7. Pet & Property Liability
- All images, content, and materials created by AMM Fine Art Studio are protected by U.S. Copyright Law.
- AMM Fine Art Studio retains full copyright to all images.
- Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only unless a commercial license is purchased.
- Images may not be altered, filtered, cropped, or used for commercial purposes without written consent.
- Claiming authorship is strictly prohibited.
6. Copyright & Intellectual Property
- Final images are selected and edited at the photographer’s discretion unless otherwise stated.
- Raw/unedited files are never provided.
- Turnaround times are estimates and not guarantees.
- Additional retouching requests may incur extra fees.
5. Image Selection, Editing & Delivery
The Client agrees to:
- Arrive on time and prepared.
- Ensure pets are healthy, vaccinated, and under control.
- Be responsible for behavior of all participants (including children and animals).
- Disclose any special needs, medical concerns, or behavioral issues in advance.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Session fees are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours before the session.
- No-shows or late cancellations result in forfeiture of the session fee.
- AMM Fine Art Studio reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, emergency, unsafe conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Shows
- A non-refundable session fee or retainer is required to reserve a date.
- Remaining balances must be paid before or on the session date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Digital files, prints, albums, and products are not included unless stated in the purchased collection.
- Prices are subject to change at any time but will not affect confirmed bookings.
- Failure to submit payment may result in cancellation without notice.
2. Booking, Fees & Payments
AMM Fine Art Studio provides fine art portrait photography, editorial branding photography, pet portraiture, and related creative services.
By booking, the Client acknowledges:
The photographer’s artistic style, editing approach, lighting, color grading, and retouching are subjective and part of the brand.
No specific pose, expression, background, or outcome is guaranteed beyond the agreed concept.
Creative decisions remain at the photographer’s discretion.

- In the event of equipment failure, loss, theft, or disaster, liability is limited to rescheduling or refund of session fees only.
